HR Advisor - Band 5

As a HR Advisor, you will provide a professional, responsive and solutions-focused HR service to managers and staff across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include

Advising managers on employee relations matters including attendance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, performance concerns, bullying and harassment. Supporting the delivery of the Trust's People Plan and wider organisational objectives. Coaching managers to develop confidence and capability in people management. Interpreting employment legislation, HR policies and NHS terms and conditions to provide consistent advice. Working collaboratively with Trade Union representatives and key stakeholders to promote positive employment relations and a Just Culture approach. Assisting in the delivery of HR training, workshops and development activities. Participating in job evaluation and matching panels. Contributing to policy reviews and the development of people practices across the Group. Supporting colleagues with complex casework and strategic workforce initiatives.
