Key attributes required for this role Excellent customer service skills The ability to communicate information regarding the research opportunities to patients and be supportive to them during the recruitment process. Excellent planning and organisational skills are required for onboarding new recruits to the trials and meeting all the required elements of multiple projects at once. Proficient in record keeping and accuracy of recording information to the studies own software package that may have unique requirements for various cohorts of patients for the same study. To carry out clinical duties as required to meet the needs of the study. To liaise with the team to complete elements of the study that may not be part of the AHP/Nurse role To create/provide a robust system to report to the team on a monthly basis, an outline of the study, patient numbers recruited and each element of the study that has been completed and submitted.
