Hours

8:20 AM - 4:15 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Tailored Learning Support

Deliver 1

1 and small-group academic and emotional encouragement suited to individual student needs.

Creating a Safe Space

Help foster an inclusive, supportive, and secure classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.

Collaborative Working

Partner with classroom teachers and specialists to adapt daily activities based on evolving school priorities.

Flexible Engagement

Step in reliably across varied ad hoc cover days, responding to changing daily requirements with enthusiasm and empathy.

Requirements

Work Eligibility

Full eligibility to work in the UK (

sponsorship is not offered for this role).

Qualifications

Grade 4/C or above in GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

Background Check

Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo one).

Experience

Proven experience working alongside students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
