Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off, 6:30am–5:30pm OR Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm OR Thursday-Monday OR Friday-Tuesday.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established vegetable production business for experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their busy operation on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver looking for long-term job security within a growing and supportive business.
The Role
You will play an important part in the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring products and materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Your duties will include
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse and production areas.
- Supporting production and warehouse teams.
- Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly.
- Following all health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
•
Valid, in-date and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence required.
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience.
- Warehouse, manufacturing or production experience would be advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Strong awareness of health and safety.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good team-working skills.
