About the Role

Randstad (Newcastle Branch) is seeking a reliable and experienced

Traffic Marshall / Gateman for a long-term commercial project in Morpeth, Northumberland. This role offers up to 1 year of continuous work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

-

Managing site access and directing all incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic safely.

-

Conducting gatekeeper duties, including logging site visitors, deliveries, and vehicles.

Ensuring pedestrians and vehicle traffic are kept safely separated on site.

Assisting with general site security and maintaining clear access routes.

Requirements

-

Valid CPCS or NPORS card with Vehicle Marshalling endorsement (essential).

Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall / Gateman on a commercial site.

-

Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

-

Full right to work in the UK.
