Lead Occupational Therapist

The role

As part of our transition to Active Neuro, the therapy service is evolving into a seven-day model of care to better support the rehabilitation needs of our clients. As a result, occasional pre-arranged weekend working will be required. You will also be expected to work Bank Holidays as required by the service, with enhanced pay provided in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the Occupational Therapy team. Deliver expert, evidence-based assessment and intervention for individuals with complex neurological needs. Take a key role in shaping service development, clinical pathways, and quality improvement initiatives. Support the professional development of the OT team through supervision, training, and mentorship. Work collaboratively within the MDT to ensure a consistent, person-centred, and outcome-driven rehabilitation journey. Champion the use of advanced rehabilitation technologies as part of our 24-hour therapy model. Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights.
