Kitchen Assistant

We require a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef and Assistant Cook in providing a high quality and efficient catering service to all customers of the Academy.You will be required to undertake general kitchen duties (including cleaning) on a weekly rota basis ensuring that all catering policies are adhered to.Experience would be preferred. A Level 2 Award in Food Safety/Basic Food Hygiene certificate is desirable, but full training will be given.Hours 23.75 hours per week (10.00am to 2.45pm Monday to Friday), 38 weeks per year.
