School Shop Sales Assistant

Are you friendly, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?We are looking for a Part-Time School Shop Assistant to join our School Shop team. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting pupils, parents and staff with school uniform, sports kit, stationery and other essential items throughout the academic year.Working alongside the School Shop Manager, you will help deliver a professional and efficient service, assist with uniform fittings, manage stock, process deliveries and support the smooth day-to-day running of the shop. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a vibrant school community.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Previous retail experience would be advantageous, although not essential. Flexibility is essential, as working patterns vary throughout the year to support the needs of pupils, parents and the School Shop during peak periods.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and play an important role in supporting the daily life of the school.
