What you'll be doing- Leading and supporting the catering team to deliver great food and excellent customer service.

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and catering operation.
• Promoting a positive, supportive team environment and leading by example.
• Following all food safety, allergen, health and safety and company procedures.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and assisting with other duties as required.
• Attending relevant training sessions and meetings, putting your learning into practice.
• Representing Compass Group professionally and helping to maintain a positive company image.

What we're looking for- Previous experience in a chef or catering leadership role.

• A genuine passion for food, quality and customer service.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
• The ability to motivate and support a team in a busy environment.
• A flexible approach to working, including 5 days over 7 depending on business needs.
• A commitment to training, personal development and consistently high standards.
