Rapier Employment are currently recruiting experienced Reach Forklift Truck Drivers to join a busy automotive warehouse operation in Coalville, Leicestershire.

This role offers ongoing work through Rapier Employment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful qualifying period.

The Role

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and transporting stock throughout the warehouse
• Non-FLT warehouse duties as required
• Placing pallets into racking locations and retrieving stock as required
• Supporting stock replenishment activities
• Working within a fast-paced automotive warehouse environment
• Adhering to all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous Reach Truck experience preferred
• Valid Reach FLT licence accepted
• Expired Reach licences will be considered
• In-house Reach licences will be accepted
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
