Diagnostic Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Battersea.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new site launch within a rapidly expanding brand. The Diagnostic Vehicle Technician will be instrumental in delivering top-quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold the dealer’s high standards.

Benefits

• Competitive basic salary of £37,000 to £41,000, with a guaranteed bonus during the first three months
• OTE up to £52,000 depending on experience and performance, including commission

Working hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties

• Diagnosing complex vehicle faults using advanced equipment and techniques
• Conducting high-standard repairs and routine servicing
• Ensuring customer vehicles are repaired efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
• Maintaining accurate service and repair records
• Supporting the launch and development of the new Battersea site
• Collaborating effectively with team members to maintain workshop productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• Relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician with diagnostic expertise
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship
