Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a

Security Officer to join the G4S Security team based in

Hartlepool

This exciting opportunity will allow you to

work across two prestigious locations, with a high standard of security needing to be met at all times. With a keen eye and a great way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities.

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Shifts

4 on 4 off, (2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off)

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

SIA Licence - SIA Security Guarding or SIA Door Supervising

Your Time at Work

As a Security

Officer your duties will include

• Greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocols
• Conducting searches where required
• Patrolling the premises internally & externally and dealing with security incidents
• Responding to alarm triggers and emergency signals on-site
• Access control and signing visitors in and out of site
• Gatehouse duties
• Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents, first aid and incident reporting

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Security Officer will

• To be aged 18 or over
• To preferably hold a valid door supervisor or security guarding license
• Be a great communicator, verbally and written
• To have great customer service skills
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft office platforms

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
