We are recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join

AsSecurity Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe andsecure environment, overseeing daily operations, supporting and developingsecurity officers, and ensuring that service standards consistently exceedexpectations. You'll be a visible leader on site, building strong relationshipswith colleagues and stakeholders, responding to incidents with confidence, andhelping to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

What you’ll do

•Promote a strong safety culture by conducting safety walks, monitoringcompliance, and ensuring all site documentation and policies remain up to date.

•Deliver mandatory training, support ongoing development, and maintain accurateemployee records in line with company policy and legislation.

•Manage workforce planning, attendance, and absence processes to ensureeffective resource coverage across the site.

•Act as the first point of contact for site issues, liaising with clients,customers, control room teams, and senior management to ensure timelyresolutions.

•Respond to and report incidents appropriately, maintaining accurate records andliaising with external agencies, including the police, where required.

•Ensure the safety of service users within a high-risk environment, enforcingsite procedures and security protocols at all times.

What you bring

•Minimum of 3 years' security experience in a supervisory role, with the abilityto lead teams effectively in high-risk and challenging environments.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills, with theability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.

•Valid Door Supervisor SIA licence, with successful completion of DBS andBPSS/BS7858 screening requirements.

•Competent in IT systems, report writing, incident logging, and maintainingconfidentiality while working accurately under pressure.

•Strong understanding of health and safety requirements; IOSH Level 2, IWFMmembership, or a relevant Level 2 qualification would be advantageous.
