Registered manager

Rock Lennox Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Key duties include leading and developing a team of support workers, managing referrals and placements, overseeing care plans and risk assessments, maintaining budgets and records, and building positive relationships with young people, families, social workers, and external professionals. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) required (or willingness to work towards).
