The Best Connection Group are seeking an

experienced Van Driver

to join our

well-established client,

DHL International

,

at their site

based at Stockton on Tees for the busy seasonal period from

November through to Christmas.

Basic Pay

£14.73

-

Overtime at £22.10 (after 45 hours)

• Multi-drop collections and deliveries
• Monday to Friday dayshift

Responsibilities

-

Driving vans to and from Stockton

-

Performing pre/post vehicle checks and reporting any problems

-

Maintaining accurate records and proof of delivery or collection

-

Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points

-

Following all airport security procedures

Requirements

As we work at an airport regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, all applicants must

-

Pass a van driving assessment

(no minimum years of experience needed)

-

Complete a

criminal record check

(paid for by us)

-

Have a

5-year work history

that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)

-

Provide a

5-year address history

-

Have

valid photo ID

(passport, driving licence or ID card)

Licence/Certification

-

Full

UK Driving Licence

, Category B (required)

-

A current

Aviation Security certificate

(formerly Level D), or willingness to complete the course during vetting (paid for by us)
