Homelessness Resettlement Officer

Role Purpose

· To provide a tailored service for those households to whom the Client has accepted a homelessness duty and ensure that they are aware of and are actively seeking alternative housing options.

· To carry out inspection of nightly paid emergency accommodation and ensure that it complies with Health & Safety requirements

· To make timely payments to private landlords for properties secured for accepted homeless households and end homelessness duty.
