Community Outreach & Referrals Officer

Purpose of the Role

The Community Outreach & Referrals Officer will identify, engage and successfully refer eligible Croydon residents into the Trailblazer employment support programme. The role is strongly community-facing and will develop relationships with community, voluntary, health, housing, faith and statutory organisations to generate a consistent pipeline of suitable referrals.

Success is not simply obtaining a person's details or submitting a referral. A referral is successful when the participant has been accepted onto an official Trailblazer employment support programme and starts engaging with that organisation.
