Public Health are looking to recruit a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to join our highly motivated team as a Public Health Assistant. As a Public Health Assistant, you will play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of Lincolnshire residents by supporting the delivery of public health priorities across Health Protection, Health Improvement and Health Care Public Health. Working within a matrix programme management approach, you will contribute to strategic commissioning, service redesign, performance management and partnership working, helping to develop evidence-based solutions that improve outcomes and deliver value for money.

You will work closely with Public Health Programme Managers and Officers, supporting the development of robust evidence, strategies and programmes, while building effective relationships with colleagues, partners, communities and stakeholders across the health and care system. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires flexibility, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a complex public health environment.
