Lecturer in Business to join their expanding curriculum team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Lecturer in Business, you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching, helping students develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress into higher education or employment. You will contribute to curriculum development while supporting students' academic achievement and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Further and Higher Education programmes.
• Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that inspire learners.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximise success.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business curriculum.
• Support students' academic, personal and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes.

About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses

• A Degree, HNC or equivalent vocational experience in a relevant discipline such as Business Management, Business Analytics or Business Marketing.
• A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards an Award in Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Experience within a Business environment.
• Previous teaching or lecturing experience within Further Education is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds.
