Day shift HGV1 Drivers

The Best Connection are working with our Middlesbrough based client to source additional

C+E (Class 1) DAY SHIFT Trunk Drivers

for their expanding operation.

There are on going as well as Ad hoc positions available!

The role

-

Starting at the Middlesbrough hub you will be driving across the country to deliver containers using skeleton trailers.

-

There is a minimum of "Hand-balling" involved

-

The Safe and Timely Operation of a C+E (Class one) vehicle

-

All vehicle checks and reporting of defects.

-

Achieving delivery slots

-

Using website-based delivery scheduling

-

Completion of delivery notes and associated paperwork

The candidate

-

C+E (Class One) Licence

-

In date CPC and DIGI Card

-

Experience using "skelly" trailers

-

Experience in driving "Mirror Cam" Trucks

Rewards

£15.20 per hour (PAYE) for all hours worked
