What skills and experience we're looking for

We are delighted to be seeking an enthusiastic cover supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, as you will have to liaise between the school office, class teachers and students. You will be required to ensure all work set is completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate will

  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Educated to GCSE level in English & Maths.
  • Good communication skills and ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly.

Previous experience of work in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential.
