Day to Day duties

• Assemble precision electrical connectors and cable assemblies to detailed engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.

• Carry out in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting standards.

• Develop assembly, production, and inspection skills through structured training.

• Support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

The Prefect Candidate

• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Permanent Position following 6 months probationary period

07:30 – 16:00 MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Compressed Hours are available between the hours of 06:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

£13.38 PER HOUR

Monthly Bonus after 6 months of service.
