A strategic thinker with the ambition, experience and judgement to lead sustainable school improvement.

-

An excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of teaching, learning and curriculum across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.

-

A visible, approachable leader who can inspire, develop and support staff.

-

Someone who will build strong relationships with children, staff, parents and carers, Governors, the Church and wider community.

-

A commitment to inclusion and removing barriers to learning and achievement, including for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

-

A leadership structure that includes two Assistant Headteachers, an EYFS Lead and a SENDCO.

-

A Governing Body committed to working in partnership with the Headteacher to achieve our shared ambitions.
