Our client, a franchise-approved automotive dealership located in Carmarthen, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to join a reputable team in a busy automotive environment.

Vehicle Sales Administrator

• Salary between £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• 28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a half-hour paid lunch

Duties of the

Vehicle Sales Administrator

• Support the vehicle sales and management teams with administrative tasks
• Manage vehicle registration and taxation processes via AFRL
• Raise sales invoices accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed vehicle files and records
• Prepare and review reports for internal and external use
• Provide holiday cover for team members
• Handle ad-hoc office administration duties as required

Requirements of the

Vehicle Sales Administrator

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is highly beneficial
• Alternatively, individuals with similar administration experience outside the motor trade are encouraged to apply
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) is advantageous
• Ability to deliver high levels of administrative support in a professional manner
