About this role

he role

Ultra X runs 13+ ultramarathons across four continents, including the Dragon's Back Race and Northern Traverse. Every one of them depends on the right kit arriving in the right place, in working order.

You will own our 2,500 sq ft warehouse in Brentwood, Essex, our vehicles, and the infrastructure we build on site at events. Reporting to [Head of Events / Operations Manager], you will make sure every piece of kit is organised, accounted for, maintained and ready, so each event team leaves with exactly what it needs and brings it back ready for the next race. On site at our UK events you will be at the heart of event operations and delivery.

This is a part-time role, one day a week on average, at £220 per day on a self-employed basis. The weekly day is flexible, and hours flex around the event calendar: expect busier weeks before and after UK events and quieter weeks in between. On top of the weekly day there are around [10 to 15] event days a year on site at UK events, paid at the same day rate plus travel and expenses.
