Derive Care Limited is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in Monmouth!

🩺 About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering safe, effective and person-centred care. You will support individuals with their healthcare needs, promote their wellbeing and work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred nursing care.
• Monitor individuals’ health conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medication safely in accordance with prescriptions and relevant policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.
• Support care staff with clinical guidance, advice and appropriate training.
• Promote safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure care is delivered in line with professional standards and best practice.
• Promote dignity, independence and individual choice.

✅ Essential Requirements

• Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and PIN .
• Relevant nursing qualification.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, medication safety and infection control.
• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
