People Advisor-Midlands Interim Role

PEOPLE ADVISOR MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can truly influence people practices and support managers through a wide range of employee relations matters?We're working with a well-established housing organisation seeking a People Advisor to join their people team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong generalist HR experience who enjoys partnering with managers, handling complex ER casework and contributing to wider people initiatives.

In this varied role, you'll provide advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance management, organisational change, recruitment and employment legislation. You'll also support long-term sickness cases, contribute to people projects and help drive continuous improvement across the HR function.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have

✅ Strong Employee Relations experience

✅ Generalist HR advisory background

✅ Experience coaching and supporting managers

✅ Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

✅ Experience using HR systems and producing reports

✅ CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience

Experience within housing, care, health or education would be highly advantageous, although applications from other customer-focused environments will also be considered.
