About this role
Central London Hotel, Durrants Hotel 4* in the heart of Marylebone independent and established for over 100 years is currently recruiting for Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team with immediate start. Hotel with 92 bedrooms, 50 covers “A la Carte” restaurant, 3 private event rooms for up to 100 people. 40 hours five days per week. Salary very competitive and benefits including accommodation, 4 weeks holidays plus bank holidays, free meals on duty, uniform laundry service, pension scheme. All applicants must have Settled or Pre-Settled Status.
