Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Support kitchen operations

Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment to ensure smooth overnight operations

Maintain cleanliness standards

Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service

Ensure health and safety compliance

Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests

Support team efficiency

Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance

Assist with kitchen organisation

Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team

Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
