Trainee Joiner/Fitter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Trainee Joiner / Fitter.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience and develop a long-term career in the window and door installation industry.

No previous experience is essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

* Assisting with the installation of windows and doors.

* Helping experienced fitters with day-to-day work on site.

* Preparing tools, materials and equipment.

* Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

* Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

* Following instructions and learning correct fitting techniques.

The ideal candidate

* Enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking.

* Punctual, with a good attitude towards work.

* Keen to learn new skills and develop within the trade.

* Able to work well as part of a team.

* Physically fit and comfortable with practical, hands-on work.

* Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
