w/c 2nd November What you will bring to the role The post holder will deal with a wide range of queries from staff and managers, providing support and advice for staff related to reward, Policies, Terms & Conditions and the Agenda for Change process. The role will be required to work closely with HR, Managers and the Clinical Support Units (CSUs), to ensure a smooth programme of activity.

You will

Ensure that project timescales are on track and that the highest standards are maintained in line with Trust Policy Provide advice and support to staff and, and managers on complex queries relating to the Agenda for Change process, Ensure the appropriate databases accurately maintained and up-to-date.
