Winner Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers with a minimum of

3 months’ driving experience to join one of the UK’s leading logistics operations based in Coventry.

⭐ The Role

  • Depot-to-depot trunking and collections.
  • Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles across UK routes.
  • Straightforward driving work with no heavy lifting.
  • Following Driver Hours, tachograph and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Pay Rates – Standard & Seasonal Peak

☀️ Day Shifts

£19.61 per hour

Night Shifts

£21.30 per hour

Weekend Shifts – 6th Shift Bonus

£26.90 per hour

SEASONAL PEAK RATE INCREASE!

Earn an extra

£2.00 per hour from 22nd November during eligible seasonal peak shifts.

Weekly pay and opportunities for ongoing, full-time work.

Holiday-inclusive rates are calculated using an illustrative 12.07% holiday pay uplift. Please confirm the applicable payroll rates before publishing. Seasonal increases are subject to shift eligibility and applicable terms.

  • Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
  • Minimum

3 months’ Class 1 driving experience.

  • Valid Driver CPC qualification card.
  • Digital tachograph card.
  • Good understanding of Driver Hours and WTD regulations.
  • Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach.
