About the role

Nothing But Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, located in Chelmsford. This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 for 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide expert occupational health advice and support to employees and management.
• Conduct health assessments and evaluations to ensure employee wellbeing.
• Develop and implement health promotion initiatives and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance workplace health standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to promoting health and safety in the workplace.
