Practice Nurse

Practice Nurse with Opportunity for Nurse Management Responsibilities The Practice Nurse will deliver a range of general practice nursing services, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, health promotion, phlebotomy and long-term condition management. The role will also involve supporting clinical audits, maintaining high standards of patient care and working collaboratively with the wider practice team. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to take on Nurse Manager responsibilities, including providing clinical leadership, supporting and developing the nursing team, overseeing clinical protocols and contributing to clinical governance and service development.
