What You'll Be Doing

-Providing a visible security presence to help keep people, property, and assets safe.

-Delivering excellent customer service and supporting a positive shopping experience.

-Monitoring and reporting incidents, safety concerns, and suspicious activity.

-Following site procedures and security instructions.

-Working closely with store colleagues and emergency services when required.

-Using security technology and reporting systems to support loss prevention and safety.

-Maintaining professional standards and remaining calm under pressure.

What We're Looking For

-A valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.

-A positive, professional, and approachable attitude.

-Strong communication and customer service skills.

-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Good attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions when needed.

-SC Clearance is desirable but not essential.

-CCTV SIA Licence is advantageous.
