Bar Staff- Carnforth

Task Personnel Solutions are recruiting Bar Staff to work across a range of hospitality, leisure and event venues.

This is a customer-focused role with responsibility for serving customers, preparing drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and supporting the smooth running of bar operations.

You may be working in pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels or event venues, serving drinks, assisting customers, handling payments and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.

Your Role

You’ll help ensure customers receive friendly, efficient and professional service. You’ll be a positive and approachable member of the team, helping to keep the bar running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

You’ll also maintain high standards of cleanliness, follow responsible alcohol service procedures and ensure the bar area is well stocked, safe and ready for service.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service

Take orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Prepare and serve drinks in line with venue standards

Handle cash, card payments and customer transactions

Keep the bar area clean, tidy and well stocked

Restock fridges, glasses and other bar supplies

Collect and wash glasses when required

Respond to customer inquiries and requests

Follow health and safety, hygiene and licensing requirements

Promote responsible alcohol service and follow age-verification procedures

Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service

Follow instructions from supervisors and management
