Improvement Manager - Band 7

Oversee the further development of the Gloucestershire Safety and Quality Improvement Academy (GSQIA), ensuring the effective delivery and sustainability of its programmes. Oversee the GSQIA education programmes, supporting the development of these capabilities across the organisation. Support the Associate Director of Improvement in embedding improvement methodology as a core approach to delivering the Trust's strategic objectives. Contribute to the development of organisational improvement strategy, policies, frameworks and guidance. Lead and support the delivery of quality improvement projects and programmes aligned to Trust priorities, objectives and strategic goals. Use data, measurement and evaluation techniques to assess the impact of improvement initiatives and inform decision-making. Support the production of Trust-wide improvement assurance reports, performance updates and committee papers, providing analysis of progress, risks, outcomes and impact.
