Are you an experienced administrator looking for a part-time role within a busy school environment?

We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Newcastle on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who can provide effective administrative support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

The Role

• General school administration duties
• Managing emails, telephone calls and visitor enquiries
• Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
• Supporting attendance, admissions and wider office functions
• Using school management systems and Microsoft Office packages
• Providing administrative support to senior leaders and office staff as required

About You

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable and adaptable approach

Essential Requirements

✅ Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service

✅ Ability to start ASAP or from 2nd November

✅ Right to work in the UK
