We're recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to join the in-house maintenance team of an established housing association.This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time work across the organisation's housing stock and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The role

• Responsive repairs and general maintenance
• Working across occupied and void social housing properties
• Completing a variety of multi-trade repairs
• Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenance
• Full-time, ongoing workload
• Van provided for work purposes
• Genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position

What we're looking for

• Strong multi-trade experience
• Domestic or social housing experience preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and looking for long-term work
