You will be the heart of our LAB16 sixth-form community, championing student welfare, driving attendance, and providing the pastoral support students need to excel in their International Baccalaureate (IB) studies and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Lead 1
1 check-ins, build custom support plans, and foster a positive, focused environment in the LAB16 Hub.
Act as a key member of the safeguarding team, managing student wellbeing and external support referrals.
Monitor attendance, track progress, and help IB students cross the finish line into top universities, apprenticeships, or careers.
Manage Post-16 admissions, bursary funds, and student inductions.
