Director of Nursing and Quality

About You We are looking for an accomplished senior clinical leader with a strong track record in quality assurance, clinical governance, patient safety and system-wide improvement. You will bring experience of leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex quality risks and influencing stakeholders across organisational boundaries. You will understand the challenges facing integrated care systems and the importance of collaboration in delivering sustainable improvements. You will be a registered Nurse, Midwife or Allied Health Professional with current professional registration and will demonstrate the credibility, strategic thinking and personal resilience required to succeed in this influential role. Above all, you will be an inclusive and compassionate leader, committed to improving patient outcomes, reducing health inequalities and creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
