The role

Working within a busy production area, you will

• Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
• Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Work towards daily production targets
• Complete physical and manual handling tasks
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• A flexible approach to shift work
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong awareness of health & safety

Shift pattern - 4 week rotating cycle

Week 1 - Afternoon Shift

Sunday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00

Saturday & Sunday off

Week 2 - Morning Shift

Monday to Saturday | 06:00 - 14:00

Week 3 - Night Shift

Sunday to Friday | 22:00 - 06:00

Week 4 - Paid Time Off

Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive

8 paid shifts for your time off.
