FLT Drivers

Looking for a new forklift driving opportunity with reliable weekday hours and the possibility of a permanent contract? We’re seeking experienced Flexi FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Witham St Hughes.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in working safely and wants a regular evening shift while keeping weekends free.

As a Flexi FLT Driver, you’ll play an important part in the smooth running of the warehouse by moving, positioning and storing stock safely and efficiently. You’ll help ensure goods are in the correct locations and that materials can be accessed when needed.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries, handling products with care and supporting the wider warehouse team with day-to-day tasks. Keeping work areas clean and organised, following health and safety procedures and using equipment responsibly will all be important aspects of the job.

Applicants must have a valid Flexi FLT licence and previous experience operating a Flexi forklift. You’ll need to demonstrate a safe and careful approach to forklift operation, stock handling and general warehouse duties.

A dependable attitude, good punctuality and the ability to work well with colleagues are essential. Due to the location of the site, you must have your own transport to get to and from work.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with the opportunity to join the company permanently if you’re a good fit for the role.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00, providing a consistent evening schedule throughout the working week. Weekends are free, giving you a regular routine outside of work.

The hourly rate is £14.00, with up to 28 days of annual leave available to accrue per year. The role offers regular Monday-to-Friday shifts, weekends off and the opportunity to progress into permanent employment.

If you’re an experienced Flexi FLT Driver ready for a new challenge, apply today to be considered.
