Forklift Truck Operator

Have you got Flexi forklift experience and want to work regular weekday shifts with the opportunity to secure a permanent position? We’re recruiting Flexi Forklift Truck Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Lincoln, offering competitive pay and ongoing work.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical warehouse work and wants to develop their skills in a supportive team environment, with weekends free.

You’ll be responsible for operating a Flexi forklift to move, position and organise stock throughout the warehouse. Your work will help keep goods flowing efficiently around the site and ensure materials are stored safely and correctly.

You may also assist with general warehouse duties when required, helping the team maintain an organised and productive working environment. Following health and safety procedures and taking care when handling stock and equipment will be important.

A valid Flexi forklift licence is essential. Previous experience operating a Flexi forklift would be beneficial, although it is not essential for this position.

You’ll need a reliable attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to work safely as part of a team. If you live outside the local area, you must have a valid driving licence and your own transport to travel to and from the site.

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of moving into permanent employment for the right candidate.

The shift runs from 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday, giving you a consistent evening schedule and weekends off.

The role pays £14.00 per hour, with the opportunity to accrue up to 28 days of annual leave per year. You’ll also benefit from regular weekday shifts, ongoing work and the potential to secure a permanent position.
