Project Manager (Technical) PFI Expiry

The post holder will provide technical expertise to the PFI expiry project in relation to FM Co planned and reactive works. and liaise and collaborate with the Hospital Operations Manager to support PFI contract and expiry activities.The post holder will be responsible for presenting data to stakeholders and must be able to explain clearly their findings and identify improvements, following through with timescales and delivery of improvements. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the project plan.
