The Role

As the Care Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the service, ensuring safe, effective and person‑centred care for clients. You will lead both office-based and field-based teams, maintain regulatory compliance and support the continued growth of the service.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead, build and develop the domiciliary care service

*Maintain CQC compliance and uphold high-quality standards

*Support and supervise coordinators and care staff

*Oversee safeguarding, governance and quality assurance

*Manage workforce planning

*Build strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals

*Monitor overall branch performance

*Drive continuous improvement and service expansion
