Aerospace Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct parts search, RFQs, and sourcing for aerospace components, raw materials, and tooling.

-Manage supplier identification, qualification, and evaluation processes for new and existing vendors.

-Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms to optimize cost and delivery performance.

-Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to align procurement with technical requirements and BOM accuracy.

-Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure material availability.

-Support supplier audits and maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA requirements.

-Analyze supply chain risks, market trends, and cost drivers to identify process improvement opportunities.

-Use ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) for procurement tracking, data accuracy, and reporting.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term sourcing stability.

-Coordinate with logistics partners for import/export and customs documentation related to aerospace parts.
