The successful candidate will lead the development of a clear, evidence‑based and deliverable Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Action Plan, translating strategic priorities into practical actions that prevent homelessness and reduce rough sleeping.
They will coordinate input from senior leaders and a wide range of partners, ensuring the plan is well‑structured, achievable and aligned with national requirements. The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, excellent organisation and the ability to turn complex information into a coherent, high‑impact document that drives meaningful change.
