Salaried GP for 6 Sessions

The following are the core responsibilities of a Salaried GP. There may, on occasion, be a requirement to undertake other duties, dependent upon workload, staffing levels, and service needs - Deliver highly effective medical care to the entitled practice population. - Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with acute and long-term conditions. - Prescribe safely and cost-effectively, adhering to local and national prescribing guidance. - Effectively manage long-term conditions and promote preventative healthcare. - Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records in accordance with professional and organisational standards. - Process clinical administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescriptions, and clinical correspondence. - Adhere to best practice through national and local clinical guidelines, quality standards, and audit processes. - Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care. - Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement activities, appraisal, and continuing professional development.
