About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Administrator with strong IT skills to join our Administration Team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing essential administrative support across the organisation while playing a key role in supporting the delivery of our new Crisis and Resilience service.

You will be responsible for producing reports and management information from our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and preparing data in line with funder requirements. You will also have direct contact with clients, conducting follow-up survey calls to gather feedback and outcomes information. Your duties will also include providing administrative support across a range of services, managing documentation and digital records, coordinating information and processes, maintaining statistics and reports, and supporting managers, senior leaders and HR colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks. The role is fast-paced and responsive, requiring flexibility, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
